Summer Inspired | Family of Four Session | Covington, WA
I have hit a major milestone in my photography career!
First, a little back story. This family right here has been with me from the very beginning. They trusted me to photograph their family when I first opened my business and here we are on their THIRD session. Their youngest daughter, Kenzie, has not always been a huge fan of the family photo session. When she was younger, she gave me a lot of side eye at these sessions.
But this year! She said, and I quote, “I like these pictures. This is fun.”
This. Is. Fun.
I don’t know if you’ve photographed a lot of children, but I assure you, there is no higher compliment. I have arrived.
In all seriousness, this family has a special place in my business. Not only because they are OG, but because they are joyful, kind, and loving to each other. Their girls are brave, bold, and funny. Mom has the greatest smile. Dad is outnumbered by girls but you can tell he wouldn’t have it any other way, just like in my own family. Aubrey loves to pose and is so great at it. Kenzie knows exactly what she wants and she is very firm yet polite about it.
Maybe most importantly; they wear matching dresses!
If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a thousand times, excellent outfit choices are my love language.
